How Does Your Service Work?

Q. How Long Do You Take To Deliver Your Services?
A. RapidAction SEO aims to deliver all of our services as quickly as possible. For Backlinking work and Fully Managed SEO packages, those tasks are carried out over the course of a month for maximum effect.

Q. What is a Done For You service?
A. RapidAction SEO is what’s referred to as a “done for you” type service. That means that you select the required number of keywords to use as anchor text and the URLs to point the links to and we’ll take care of generating the content and creating the backlinks. This service allows people who aren’t interested in SEO or who may not have the necessary skills to simply and affordably outsource the work to a high quality vendor.

Q. How do you charge for your services?
A. Our Fully Managed SEO service and Link-Building Packages are all charged on a monthly subscription basis. The subscriptions are paid monthly in advance, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.

Q. Can I choose more than one service?
A. Go ahead, choose as many as you’d like! Each individual service or package is considered its own subscription within PayPal so that you have the flexibility to cancel or add new services whenever you wish.

Q. What resources do you use?
A. We create all of the articles internally and we generate back links, submit to networks, and gather research information via a number of different resources. As a rule we do not disclose our specific sources.

Q. How can I pay?
A. We use PayPal exclusively, but you are also able to use credit cards from within PayPal.

Our Link-Building Services

Q. I have just created a new website, should I use RapidAction SEO?
A. New websites need to start their back linking efforts gently.  With any link building exercise you do, you want it to appear “natural” looking to Google. For new sites, we recommend that you use our sister site, RapidAction Writing until the site is more established.

Q. What do the videos offered in the Silver and Gold packages do?
A. We create and then post a video for you every month. The video will be posted to YouTube. YouTube is the second largest search engine in the world behind Google. The fact that Google owns YouTube and gives top ranking spots away to videos is a great reason to deliver videos for our clients.

Q. What are the videos like?
A. We’re not trying to win Academy Awards with these videos. Heck, we’re not even shooting for a Daytime Emmy. For the most part, the videos are slide presentations with a voiceover. The slides are derived from the original articles we deliver for our clients as part of the Silver and Gold packages. In terms of quality, they do what they’re meant to do, deliver back links and potentially drive traffic.

Q. Why don’t I get a list of my links?
A. We don’t like to talk about our backlinking sources because that’s our “secret sauce” and proprietary in nature.

Fully Managed SEO

Q. Why is this service more expensive?
A. This service is more consultative in nature. For example, every month we will call you to discuss your SEO strategy, content, backlinking, and your competitors. We also provide focus on the SEO requirements of your entire site as opposed to just a single page.

Q. Is backlinking included in this service?
A. Yes. We tailor our backlining efforts to match your website’s specific requirements.

Q. How long will it take to see an impact on my site?
A. There’s no simple answer, however with the Fully Managed Service our efforts are coordinated with you to return maximum benefits for your business.

Article Marketing and Content Creation

Q. What if I just want articles or some simple article distribution services?
A. Our sister site, RapidAction Writing offers services such a content creation for your blog or affiliate sites as well as article writing and distribution for backlinking.

Why should my website be optimised for Google?

Q. You refer to Google when it comes to ranking sites. What about Bing and Yahoo?
A. When it comes to search engine optimization, ranking in Google is pretty much the only game in town. It is reported that Bing and Yahoo have 30% of the search market, but we’ve never seen a site that gets that percentage of its search traffic from Bing and Yahoo. Also, if you optimize for Google, you will see the benefits in the other two naturally.

Q. When can I expect to get my #1 ranking on Google?
A.First of all, we don’t guarantee that kind of result. Search engine optimization is an inexact science. What we do is focus on building high quality back links to your sites and make sure Google knows about them. If your on-page SEO is good as well, you’ll inevitably see progress in your rankings, but it can take time especially in competitive markets and niches.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Q. If I don’t like your results, what then?
A. Our first priority is to make all of our customers happy, so if you feel that the results of our work are not what you were expecting, then please feel free to contact us at support@rapidactionsupport.com and tell us about the issue. As a rule, we have a strict “No Refunds” policy. We’re not being sneaky or harsh about it, we’re quite open with respect to this issue. SEO is hard and doesn’t always work. You may have a site with a penalty against it, or other things that we can’t control. We do however want everyone to be happy, so if you feel something isn’t right, then let’s work together to fix it. We want you to be successful and become a repeat customer, so let’s work together if you have a problem.
